Our story

We dreamed of a place where the notion of time is forgotten and where there are no compromises. In our opinion, this dream would come true by bringing together that which makes us the most happy: to raise a glass and share laughter over a delicious meal in some of the finest establishments Montreal has to offer. Our next step was to find a place to transform so our vision could become reality. Jessica found the shining pearl in the old shell of a forgotten garage, ready to give way to our beautiful restaurant. Since the opening in June 2017, the P&P and our team have grown beautifully. We have found the perfect balance; a harmonious establishment that complements the commercial and neighborhood life of Griffintown and Little Burgundy.
